Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes. And here is how:
Unfortunately, after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for the desired products. If you wish to remove products from your order, please contact us at customer support to cancel the order so that we can modify it.How can I track my order?
You will receive a mail/sms with shipment details once your order is dispatched. It will include the
shipment number/AWB and the name of the courier company. You can track your order at their website or
you can also write to us at narreskincare@gmail.com
Are there any shipping charges?
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs 1000/- which is notified from time to time. You should
consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, We offer Cash-On-Delivery at no additional charge.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
We ship the products within 2 working days of receiving the order. You can expect
your shipment to arrive within 5-7 working days of placing the order. However, India is a large country.
Please expect additional time for remote areas and unexpected weather conditions.
Can you expedite my product on priority?
If you want us to expedite your order, give us a call at customer support. We will check with our logistics partner and provide you with an update. Please Note - This is only applicable for prepaid orders.
Do you offer pickup for your local customer?
Yes, at checkout pick-up option, Once your order has been received you will be contacted via text message by our team to schedule your pick-up.
